Enter this new region and explore all new rooms.

There are five entrances but it's recommended to go through Garbage Wastes The room entrance is at GW_E02


Iterator kit was broken last time I checked and I have no idea how to make a puppet so sadly there will be no puppet :(

It requires watcher since it uses watcher creatures for saint and Rivulet

@gavitron2009 I think EmgTx is supposed to have APIs for making iterator. It's what Hunter Expansion uses
