描述
The germline genes of the person carrying this gene are particularly assertive in expression, and will enforce the xenotype onto the child. If both parrents carry this gene the chosen parent will be random.

no, it forces the baby to be the (complete) xenotype of the parent, i think skin color of the non-dominant parent can still appear but other then that no endogenes from the non-dominant parent will appear pretty sure

This is what I needed! This actually affects the child's XENOTYPE, which is something the dominant genes from both Vanilla Expanded and Big and Small don't affect. Thanks for recreating this!
