This is the Epsilon class carrier mid-life extension program phase 2.

Bridge gains a basic HUD for the Helm position showing compass course and island info.
Swapped positions of aft CIWS and torpedo launchers to give greater coverage.

Retained the 1.4, 3x operator tactical operations room down in the upper hangar bay.
There are 3 operator stations, 2 loadout stations and two information screens as well as flight
ops overview/docking info.

Includes Captain's controls and 4th bridge terminal by Mr Scoot.

Also adds a 4-cell laser-missile VLS if used with Revolution 1.3.11+
Provides the auto-barge slot for use with Resupply+ and Revolution 1.5+
