Tracking the Insurgent cell who you've recently liberated our agent from, the cell has recently sabotaged our systems, limiting our systems facial recognition systems, do counter the downsides of this system, we have set up a blockade on the sector, taking any subjects trying to leave into Corporate Custody, its time to strike, disable their systems, the sabotage means our HUD can't separate insurgents from civ's, so just flip the weapons to hot, stopping the insurgents is priority one, no exceptions.
