Remove difficulty slider cap

This is a very simple mod that removes the cap of 200% on the obstacle difficulty slider. Be warned that values 5000 and above will cause a large delay in the level loading - though it will likely load eventually.

I must give credit to SlayerOfTheBad, HPsaucii, and SunPI on the haste discord server for helping me setup the mod environment and for the one line of code that makes this mod work.
