描述
Add military loot as Specific to Papa_Chad's vehicles.

I also added the ability for loot to spawn on seats as it is in vanilla.

For more info you can read desription of Specific Loot (KI5).

Mod order: should be loaded after Papa_Chad's mods.

@MXMS GoodCat толку делать отдельный мод нет, так что сделаю это в Specific Loot (KI5)
