Isabella Blood Chalice Coop Fix

Fixes the bug in coop where Isabella von Carstein gets the wrong quest at level 9. This correctly gives her the one for the Blood Chalice instead of the Wintertooth Crown. Streamlined the questline to be similar to the shortened versions that other legendary lords get for their unique items.

This will not fix your save if you already got the wrong quest.
TODO: Detect the incorrect questline and correct it via lua script.
