Based on an idea from Reddit!

This mod has been lying in my mods-folder for over a year and a half, could aswell release it :3

@Smug What version on the game are you playing? I have tried it in Rep+ and that doesn't seem to be a thing there, the Minisaacs properly despawn when you flip

when you're playing tainted laz and you flip, it spawns another minisaac so it'll just create a giant army of them
