CSS SG550 Firing Sound for Military Sniper

Made quickly for my "why so l4d1ulous" collection. Does not include reloading sounds.

Replaces the normal and incendiary gunfire sounds for the Military Sniper with the SG550/SIG 550/Krieg 550 from Counter-Strike: Source. Incendiary sounds have the incendiary tail from the original Military Sniper gunfire sounds filtered out and added to the normal SG550 sound.
