With the increase in piracy and military conflict in and surrounding the Everdawn system, a fleet of rescue vessels was needed to free up the crews of dedicated warships that had to respond to emergencies. To accommodate these needs, a handful of Falchions in the shipyard were converted to this new standard - stripping out its armament and armor to accommodate emergency storage of stranded crews. Rotating emergency lights were installed on the exterior, the docking collars were hastily extended, and underwing repair docks were installed for minor repairs to small vessels.

Intended for use with the LC-7F Pelican and medical transport drones, the Falchion has a shuttle bay in addition to its new landing pad located on the dorsal arc. In addition, it also comes equipped with a basic magnetic plate and storage on the ventral hull for towing scrap and smaller vehicles back to proper facilities.
