Milicja Obywatelska replaces metropolice

This mod replaces the default Half-Life 2 Metropolice model with officers of the Milicja Obywatelska (Citizen's Militia) - an infamous Law Enforcement agency from the Polish People's Republic Era, known primarily for pretty high beating quotas.

The mod also changes the texture of the Stunstick to more resemble the batons used at the time.
