Operation Echelon EP 1: Chasing a lead

Unrest is spreading on the lower floors of Echelon V, a bustling Ecumonopolis and centre of trade for the Greater Corporate Union. Reports indicate that Advisors from an external nation have made contact with insurgent groups within the slums of the planet, they have captured a high value target, an operative from the MCID (Marsbite Counter Intelligence Division), they are your top priority, nothing else matters, civilian casualties are acceptable, just get the target to extraction.
