There seems to be a misconception as to what's whitelisted and what isn't.
Whitelisted:
Mutators that cause server-side changes and don't affect the client in the slightest.
Graylisted:
Mutators that cause client-side changes (such as HUD changes, ZED changes, etc.)
Skins per se aren't graylisted if you play solo/offline. However, you won't be able to see them online unless the server you join has serverperks enabled to list them, and serverperks is graylisted, sooooo... you get the point. The only "whitelisted" skins that are usable online are those that replace client-side files, which are just lazy recolors anyway.
i guess not, cause you need serverperks
