Overview
First and foremost,

this is NOT a complete item guide; I do not want to waste neither yours nor mine time listing every Wood Sword or Skeleton Mail drop which you don't really need to begin with; only the Armor/Accessories that are sort of/pretty useful on your adventure.

Note that I'm still lacking some drops since *some* drop tables were changed in remaster (I'm pretty sure of it).

Same as always, a lot of info is borrowed from SaGa wiki, GF boards, arcane vault, and other SaGa boards, forums. Kudos to the people who made my first playthoughts way easier.

Finally, the Go!Go!Digger (GGD) or the Dig! Dig! Digger (as it is called now I think) is an absolute nightmare so I don't really consider it reliable in any way (Inko got me 2 7-star blades in two excavations, GO INKO!) unless we talking common drops, which I will mention.

Swords
[Kris Knife]
[Unaspected Quell] [Attack: 4] [Bonus SP: 4] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: ALL RES UP] [allows to cast Comet]
The Kris of many Knives. To-go weapon to spark sword skills early, allowing you to not hinder your inventory with ton of anima swords. Also is a weak quell, but still grants bonus regen which is very valuable early on.
Comet looks nice.
Found during [Wil departure], in hidden compartment, blue skelly room

[Beowulf]
[Beast Quell] [Attack: 38] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: ALL DEF UP, Status def down -20]
2nd best infinite non-steel sword. Stat ail means nothing, you either make chara immune to begin with or dont bother at all.
Found during [To Gustave's Stronghold] Ginny's scenario, eastmost map, inspect the tree, obtained post battle with rather weak boss.

[Fossil Dagger]
[Beast tool] [Attack: 15] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 40] [Side effects: -]
Drops off Skele/Ghost combo in Ruins of Hahn during [Wil's departure] at good rate, quite decent during the early game

[Carthel]
[Stone tool] [Attack: 42] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 40] [Side effects: -]
Chip circulation reward:
10000 Circulation, Stone 25, Sword 25
Bought via "Make Custom Tool" option.
Mediocrity at it's finest.

[Valeria Heart]
[Flame Tool [Attack: 53] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: 30] [Side effects: -]
Can be found as a semi-rare drop from rare [Peg Queen] mob.
Is a nightmare to get; best way to encounter them is [To Gustave's Stronghold], screen past the bridge with 2 rhino enemies which can be Queen Pegs. To refresh them just run 1 screen down 1 screen east, then return. This also nets an achievement iirc.
Possible to encounter during [Wil vs Egg], in City of Night, screen with 2 bunny enemies (where Ore/Mushroom trader guy was), again, encountered very rarely, so prepare to load your QS a lot.
That encounter can also be used to spark Multi/Eradication early.

[Templar's Blade]
[Steel] [Attack: 50] [Bonus SP: -30] [Bonus SP regen: -3] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Status def up +10]
Buy in Southern Blacksmith district of Hahn Nova, 4500 credits

[Cinderforge Sword]
[Steel] [Attack: 70] [Bonus SP: -30] [Bonus SP regen: -3] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Status def up +10]
Guaranteed drop from the Lich secret encounter in Laub tower;
Best sword in the game.

[Seven-Star Blade / Triones]
[Unaspecrted Tool] [Attack: 77] [Bonus SP: 7] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 7] [Side effects: allows to cast Megabolt]
Can be only obtained through Go!Go!Digger!, has wooping 7 durability and costs about 20k creds to repait.
Aside from being highest attack sword in game (7 above CF sword) is absolute mediocrity due to lack of Anima, super limited durability and rng to obtain.

[Alnasl]
[Water Tool] [Attack: 49] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 15] [Side effects: allows use Reincarnate]
New guaranteed drop obtained from Water lord in NG+; allows Reincarnate to be used, trading user's LP for party-wide Ressurection.
Has it limited uses, and you will get it either way so quite a decent weapon, with a drawback of low durability and next to no usage (what, up to 6 fights?).
Should've made this a Quell, really.
Axe
[Golden Axe]
[Steel] [Attack: 20] [Bonus SP: 0] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: -]
Steel Axe with no drawbacks. Rather unimpressive ATK, has a very low chance to drop.
Actually not a bad to-go weapon, but you get this way too late to be of any use. Getting this will get you an achievement and King Frog Hopper Dynast which drops it has quite big Stat Spark so you can get all the HP/WP/SP you want while you farm it. Frog is also very weak to deathblows so get your Incineration ready and farm away.
Drops from Hopper Dynast during [To Gustave's Stronghold]. enemy itself is the only frog sprite in scenario, it sits in the well near the end of the stage and will respawn if you go through any exit (east works best, obviously).
(Upd: King Frog is now called Hopper Dynast, thanks to Ninja de Gaia for pointing it out)

[FalconWind]
[Beast Tool] [Attack: 48] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 40] [Side effects: -]
Chip circulation reward:
9000 Circulation, Beast 25, Axe 25
Bought via "Make Custom Tool" option.
2nd best Axe in the game. I suggest getting it as soon as you can since there are very few axes to begin with and none of them are good, with only Obsidian and Meythi's axe are above 30 ATK (31 and 40 respectively)/ Props to remaster for giving Meythi named axe, makes her so much more viable.

[Borealis]
[Tree Tool] [Attack: 54] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 15] [Side effects: allows to cast the word for World is Forest]
Weapon you get for beating Tree Lord in NG+; TwfwiF is an AoE with 84 potency, however it uses LP to cast.
Best damage-wise axe, great to use on Tone Lord's adds. Same drawback as any Lord's weapons: low durability and you obtain them very laaaaaaate.

Wow the axe got bad treatment in SF2.
Staff
[Oak Staff]
[Tree Tool] [Attack: 4] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 30] [Side effects: infinite money]
Q: Why is this here?
A: It costs 50 creds in Laub's shop and turns to 10 chips.
10 staffs cost 500 creds
10 staffs turns into 100 chips
100 chips turns into 550 creds
and once you have more money
50 staffs cost 2500 creds
50 staffs turns into 500 chips
500 chips turns into 3000 creds
Go nuts.

[Sandworm Staff]
[Stone Tool] [Attack: 27] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 60] [Side effects: -]
You can get this pretty early during [At the Mines Again] if you save all the workers (you will get free Hot Stone there as well); saving everyone will also get you an Achievement, so I decided to mention it.
Staff aint that bad either. Go save the diggers.

[Thyrsus]
[Stone Tool] [Attack: 49] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: -] [Side effects: sore thumbs]
This is the best staff in the game; it drops off Rhino enemies during Rich's [To the Fossil Caves] with absolutely low chances.
Best way to farm them is getting Afterimage on both Rich and Diana and smack 3 Rhino enemies on the first screen over and over again until you get some. Return to the inn and heal as sson as your WP depletes. I would recommend getting at least two since there are no better staffs and there are quite a few good staff users.
Yes it is the Tool with infinte durability. Useless trivia: it was called just Granite Staff in OG, no fancy names.

[Limstokes]
[Water Tool] [Attack: 40] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 40] [Side effects: Raises Flame DEF]
Chip circulation reward:
8000 Circulation, Water 25, Staff 25
Decent. Raising water anima to 25 is a bit of PIA, but if you are dead set on getting more levels in Ruins/early VogCan shenanigans you can get this quite early since 8k circulation is basically nothing.
3rd best staff in the game, even if water anima is not the best due to Pure Tuner availability.

[Eternity Staff]
[Unaspected Quell] [Attack: 30] [Bonus SP: 30] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: -] [Side effects: allows to cast Megabolt]
This is a tricky one. Megabolt looks nice but nothing more, weapon ATK is meh and Unaspect makes it useless as equipment slot with no anima. However 30 SP is good thing to have, esp on low SP regen characters.
I wouldn't call it great weapon, however it is super-easy to get and it is not really bad so..
Obtained from [Deadly Battle with the Egg] as Rich.

[Ascella]
[Flame tool] [Attack: 51] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 15] [Side effects: a bit of water def, allows to cast Meteor Swarm]
Drop from Fire Lord on NG+
Meteo Swarm is 38 potency + paralyse which is abysmal to say the least.
But it is hardest-hitting staff in the game and it has relatively-useful anima attached to it, so here you go, all hail 2n best staff.
Spears
[Ice Lance]
[Water Quell] [Attack: 25] [Bonus SP: 20] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: a bit of flame DEF]
Unmissable Quell, you need to get it to get out of mist canyons.
Great spear for early game, but is quickly replaced by the beast lance.

[Beast Lance]
[Beast Quell] [Attack: 36] [Bonus SP: 20] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: ]
Ah, now we are talking. You get this during [Tycoon Wil]; as soon as you enter the megalith go right and then CCW on every teleporter.
Personally I consider this the best spear in the game, it has decent damage, it is a quell, you get it VERY early and since it is missable NG+ will not take it away.

[Babrashka]
[Tree Tool] [Attack: 43] [Bonus SP: 5 [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 40] [Side effects: ]
Chip circulation reward:
9000 Circulation, Tree 25, Spear 25
Eh, it is an okay spear, but not the best choice. Get it for achievement (every custom order) but otherwise hard pass.

[Templar Spear]
[Steel] [Attack: 54] [Bonus SP: -30] [Bonus SP regen: -3] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Status def]
Eastern Blacksmith disctrict in Hahn Nova.
(almost) Best damage spear in the game.

[Uroborus]
[Water Tool] [Attack: 55] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 33] [Side effects: ]
Rare drop (LOL!) from Fire Lord Sargon during [To the Gustave's Stronghold] and from Megalith dragons/Veekhuhaha's (upd: its Nuckelavee) or whatever (I'll look the name up later, promise) in Last Megalith. Due to top attack it is the second best spear in the game, however it does not really pay the time to get it.

[Nunki]
[Tone Tool] [Attack: 50] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 15] [Side effects: allows to cast Air Pressure]
Drop from Tone Lord in NG+. Air pressure is nice since it applies Magic Down, however Nunki still loses to both Templar and Uroboros
Bows
[Elven Lyre]
[Tone Quell] [Attack: 28] [Bonus SP: 20] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Null Tone, allows to cas Sweeping Strings]
Ah, the Lyre. It was pretty mediocre before remaster, but with remaster it now can cast Sweeping Strings which is Bow-Tone All-Enemy AoE that lowers Morale. It certainly bumped it relatively high, maybe as high as 3rd best bow.
Upside of Null tone is: No Morale/Psyche Downs from let's say Tone Lord's attacks or HH's. Downside: No Morale ups from Soul Hymn.
You can get this as early as you finish [Tycoon Wil] if you invested a bit into leveling.
Obtained from solving Laubholtz Tower sidequest, in top of the tower. You don't need to fight the Lich to get it.

[Wysteria Bow]
[Tone Tool] [Attack: 33] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 60] [Side effects: ]
Very good bow which was basically better EL before it got stings. You get it from [Into the Forest] scenario, it is located on the root, which can be accessed by exiting east from the 2nd floor of the tower.

[Wild Rose]
[Tree Tool] [Attack: 34] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 50] [Side effects: ]
Just a good bow, you get during [to the Gustave's Stronghold], in the cave to the north of starting location.

[Terpsichore]
[Beast Tool] [Attack: 47] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 33] [Side effects: ]
Chip circulation reward:
12000 Circulation, Beast 25, Bow 25
Great bow. Almost double damage of the EL, the only downside is a bit of grinding needed for 12k circulation.
With remaster's ability to scrap items anywhere it is not a problem, so valid contender for the Best Bow :)

[Templar's Bow]
[Steel] [Attack: 56] [Bonus SP: -30] [Bonus SP regen: -3] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: ]
Best bow if you can manage SP. Move on.
Oh yes, western Hahn Nova blacksmith district.

[Meridionalis]
[Stone Tool] [Attack: 52] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 15] [Side effects: allows to cast Ancient Curse]
The only stone bow in the game. Obtained from the Stone Lord in NG+.
Ancient Curse is AoE attack with a chance to petrify, which is meh.
Damage is good and exclusive Anima for a bow. Outshines everything as a second best bow due to raw damage and Anima and can be considered best, if not for how late it comes into play.
Shields
All shields give element resistance which are varied. I will only give brief overlook in them since only one shield has anima and man anima is important.

[Water Mirror]
[Evasion: 20] [Bonus SP: 10] [Side effects: Null Water damage]
Strip it off Ven. Otherwese can be gotten as a *rare* drop from Griffin's in quarry during [Showdown with Alexei], but do you really want to do that? Granted you still need to kill one for achievement.. And the hats that they drop are very tempting..

[Glacier Shield]
[Evasion: 24] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects: can evade Slash, Hit, Missile & Cold]
Found in Ice Megalith during [Tycoon Wil]. Can be farmed via Grendel's before Grendel boss during Rich's [Life Tree island]

[Lava Shield]
[Evasion: 24] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects: can evade Slash, Hit, Missile & Heat]
Can be gotten from Volcanoid during [Grand Valley] and find later during [Ginny adventure]

[Warlord Shield]
[Evasion: 30] [Bonus SP: -10] [Side effects: can Evade Slash, Hit & Missile]
Can be bought in Hanh Nova

[Rukbat]
[BEAST TOOL] [Evasion: 24] [Bonus SP: 0] [Side effects: Can evade anything but unaspected]
Drops from Beast Lord in NG+.
The only shield with anima. Worth repedeatly farming Beast Lord.
Armor
Oh boy.

Okay, I don't really recommend going for Full Body armor unless Reinforced Armor (which is steel and requires some thoughts to fight drawbacks) since you can get about as much armor and resistances wearing only chest armor anyway.

[Reinforced Suit]
[Steel] [Armor: 40]Bonus SP: -40] [Bonus SP regen: -5] [Side effects: All DEF/RES up]
Bought in Hahn Nova, Shopping District East
*full body armor*

[Protector]
[Armor: 12] [Bonus SP: 3] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: Slash, Missile DEF ]
Decent early game to-go armor, you will get a lot of the off Armored Beetles and Horned Rhinos if you farm VogCan a lot; while I would rather suggest turning them into chips saving and equipping on new characters is a good way to make them survive through story (especially for first/second time players)

Alligator Armor
[Armor: 15] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: ]
Same as above, but only you don't even need to farm it, it is a common drop from Go!Go!Digger! lake area.

Lake Robe
[WATER TOOL] [Armor: 16] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] ![Durability: 60]! [Side effects: Null Water]
One and only armor with Anima. While its defence stat is horribru sometimes worth keeping if you struggle with animas for Permanence/Life water.
You can get this off Vent and during [The Monster Nest].

Stardust Robe
[basically Quell] [Armor: 19] [Bonus SP: 20] [Bonus SP regen: 2] [Side effects:Null Sleep/Stun]
Best caster armor in the game, providing a lot of SP *and* SP regen, and good defence value, but sadly lacking in null petri.
You can find in during Rich's [Deadly Battle] scenario.

Reinforced Armor
[Armor: 20] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: -Hit DEF]
Best early game armor. Super rare drop off Armor beetles and Rhinos in VogCan. Chances are pretty low, so I suggest not to bother farming for them, just be glad if you get one or two.

Stone Breastplate
[Armor: 22] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: -Hit DEF, Null Petrify]
Best place to get the is actually [Wil's Departure], the infamous Blue Skelly room. This is a very rare drop (behind Deadstone and Fossil Dagger), but if you spend your time getting them you will have incredibly good armor value as well as petrification immunity, which helps immensely during Lich fight. And Stone Lord if you don't want to bother with Blackstone.

Redstone Armor
[Armor: 25] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: +Flame DEF, -Hit DEF]
Rare drop from Gargoyle boss during [The Monster's Nest] and Laubholtz Tower main quest. Do not get this.

Silver Chain
[Armor: 25] [Bonus SP: -20] [Bonus SP regen: -2] [Side effects: Null Tone]
Rare drop from Gargoyle boss during [The Monster's Nest] and Laubholtz Tower main quest. You can also get one as a loot from [Ginny's Adventure]. Overall it is not a bad armor to have vs Tone Lord, but there are better options.

Lobster Mail
[Armor: 26] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: Null Water]
You can get this from Lobster Boss during [Life Tree Island] as Rich. It has relatively decent drop chance, but you will be loading a bit. Can also get it as a very rare drop from Lobster-type enemies apparently, but I never managed to get one.

Blackstone Armor
[Armor: 28] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: -Hit DEF, Null Petrify]
Now we are talking. Rare drop from Gargoyle boss during [The Monster's Nest] and Laubholtz Tower main quest. Best armor in game.

Ceramic Mail
[Armor: 30] [Bonus SP: 0] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Side effects: -Hit DEF]
You can buy thi in Thermes next to endgame for 4500 creds. Not an optimal choice for main party, but beggars can't be choosers, right? Get these if you lack in Blackstone/Stone/Lobster armors.
But super good for NG+'s since you can get one for everyone and level them up without fear of weaker charaters dying.
Helmets
[Pirate Bandana]
[Armor: 3] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects: Null Sleep]
You can get one semi-reliably off pirate during [Wil vs Egg]. You need to pick 'right' dialog options with the female pirate on the ship.

[Funny Cap]
[Armor: 4] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects: Null Sleep]
Grass Dancer drop.

[Feather Cap]
[Armor: 5] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects: Big Elemental DEF. Null Stun]
Best hat in the game. Griffin drop. GL.

[Gem Band]
[Armor: 8] [Bonus SP: 5] [Side effects:]
You can get one from [At the Mines Again], from the floating chest in the water. You will most likely trade it for Hot stone or all Diggers tho (since you won't have time to get everything, unless you are superefficient with movement), so I suggest against it. (also can be found during [The Monster's Nest], same location)
Otherwise it is pretty commonly found in caves and mine throught Go!Go!Digger.
Item itself is absolutely useless, but you can scrap it fo 100 chips. Yay.
Gloves/Boots
THE GLOVE:
[Birch Ring]
[Water/Tree Quell] [Armor: 4] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Null Water. allows to cast Life Water]
Kelvin has it equipped from the start. So get to play him ASAP and then retrieve it from him. Man does it help on the first playthrough!

Boots:
[Crystal Wings]
[Armor: 8] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Null Tone & Cripple]
Absolutely must have for NG+ tone boss (unless you want to bother yourself with Silver Chains). One can be found in [To Cast the Rainbow], in the lowestfloor of the tower.
Others need to be farmed off Polar Drakes (the small blue dragons) during [Tycoon Wil] scenario as a rare drop. (they can be farmed off any enemy as they are SD, but polars are imo the better target as they have higher statspark)
Not terribly hard but rather boring, at least those have relatively okay Stat Spark so you'll get stats as a bonus. Just fight two flying enemies on the first screen from the town then go back. Rest at the inn as necessary.

[Titus Greaves]
[Stone Tool] [Armor: 12] [Bonus SP: 3] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 60*] [Side effects: Element DEF Null Ground-based attacks]
Okay, so you can farm these off Megalith dragons and get 1 pair of infinite durability very rare drop (1/128) from undead dragon during the [To the Fossil Caves] Rich scenario.
Those are okay but not necessary by any means.

Accessories
;w;

Honorable Mentions:
[Life Seed]
Recovers HP, SP, WP, LP. 1 Character.
You can save up to 4 life seeds during [Life Tree Island] Rich's scenario if you equip them on the character before talking to Narcisse. Possibly you can move them to storage, never tested but it makes sense.

[Soul Crystal]
Recovers HP, SP, WP, LP. 1 Character.
Circulation reward:
5000 Circulation, no skill requirements.

Non-Quells:
[Canary Heart]
[Tone Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 5] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 10] [Side effects: Null Tone]
You can get this during [Ginny's Adventure], by pulling one of the tree roots.
Null Tone is nice to have.

[Cat's Eye]
[Beast Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: 10] [Side effects: Null Stare]
You can trade mushroom tear or 3 ores for this in the City of The Nigh during [Infiltrating Alexei's Gang]. Otherwise you can get it quite often from Go!Go!Digger in any beast-related areas

[Dead Stone]
[Armor: 0] [Bonus SP: 2] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: infinite] [Side effects: Null Deathblow]
Farm these off the Skelly room in [Wil's Departure]. It will help immensely in the Lich fight (and Laub tower as a whole), as well as farming ghosts themselves

Hybrid Tools:
[Pan Flute]
[Tree, Tone Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 1] [Durability: 10] [Side effects: ]
Custom shop. 1000 Circulation, no skill requirements.
Hybrid tool which also gives +1 to SP regen. One of the better items, get those, it saves slot for another anima.

[Fire Flake]
[Flame, Tree Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: casts Recovery Breath]
There are few shops that sells these, such as item shop in Thermes, they are also quite common in GGD fire areas.
Needless to say, any hybrid tools are very good since they allow you to save slots for more accessories/animas.

[Green Glass]
[Tree, Flame Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: casts Recovery Breath]
Drops off desert monsters, or desert ares in GGD

[Jaguar Seed]
[Tree, Beast Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: ]
You can get one as Meythia, otherwise common drop from Forest/Fungus Path area in GGD

[Cinderstone]
[Stone, Flame Tool [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: ]
Common drop from Caves/Volcano area in GGD

[Pure Tuner]
[Water, Tone Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: ]
Common drop from Church/Glacier area in GGD

[Demongrass Fang]
[Tree, Stone Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 3] [Side effects: ]
Rare drop from Demongrass Seed (the flying Purple Eye)

[Rock-Beast Tag]
[Stone, Beast Tool] [Armor: 1] [Bonus SP: 10] [Bonus SP regen: 0] [Durability: 20] [Side effects: ]
Rare drop from Stone Rhinos.

Level 1 Quells
I will forego stats since they are pretty much the same. Level 1 Quells give 1 SP regen.

[Pocket Dragon]
