L'Aigle Blunderbuss SWEP (TFA)

A blunderbuss; essentially a flintlock shotgun. This gun is intended to be used at a relatively close range, as its projectile spread makes hitting targets at any real distance difficult.

Once again, found under Nate's SWEPs, ammo in entities tab. Left-click to fire, R to reload, C to inspect, right-click for ironsights.
