Dr. SpongeBob (Echo)

"Who's the Doctor here?!"

Dr. SpongeBob is a stubby Brawler with access to a 3 state charge projectile, a strong Command Grab, and movement-based attacks!
Echo fighter of SpongeBob that packs a higher punch in tradeoff of worse movement and recovery.
This moveset takes inspiration from Battle for Bikini Bottom, Truth or Square, Nick All-Star Brawl 2, with a hint of Super SpongeBob 2 and Dr. Mario.



Neutral Special: Wand Spiral
SpongeBob extends his Bubble Wand outwards and spins in a circle with it. This acts as an Aerial Jump as well as a rising hitbox.
This move also temporarily boosts horizontal drift, allowing for movement.

Side Special: Bubble Blow
SpongeBob's most iconic ability. This is a charge move, hold Special for longer to swap out between 3 different types of bubbles!
- Normal: Standard fireball projectile with an angle that launches straight up. These have gravity and bounce along the floor.
- Buzzsaw: Flies out forward and slows down. This projectile is a multihit that has a launcher.
- Spicy: Slowly flies straight up in an arc. This is also the strongest Bubble type.

Down Special: Net Capture
Reels back and swings his Net forward, if the net touches the opponent, he grabs them and flings them out like a slingshot!
If someone is grabbed, you can turn SpongeBob around before firing, sending someone the other way.

Up Special: Super Jump Punch (Wait a minute...)
SpongeBob readies up a powerful hitting Uppercut that lasts for 3 frames. Much shorter distance as the tradeoff.
