Talk to the Guide like another player! GuideAI integrates an AI assistant into Terraria, allowing you to ask questions or have a conversation with him.

!! IMPORTANT NEWS !!
currently, to use this mod, go to config and change to Gemini !

• AI Chat: In multiplayer, simply type "@guide" or "@g" followed by your question in the chat (@mention not required in singleplayer).
  
• Context-Aware: The AI considers your current game situation (time, biome, nearby NPCs) for better responses. [experimental]
  
• Persistent Memory: The AI remembers your conversation history (per-user, stored on the server) to provide follow-up answers.
  
• Configurable: Choose your preferred AI model and how you want it to speak.

Simply join and start chatting, the mod will automatically connect to our server which is set in the config. If you want to host your own AI server, refer to the github pages.



⚠️ Biome Titles (latest version) and Boss Checklist requires to be enabled for the Guide to have access to modded biomes/bosses/events.

Guide is context aware of you and your worlds, he knows if you're playing alone or with other people, your world's name, sees your inventory, hp, mana, knows what bosses you beat, what difficulty you're playing on and much more!
^^ You can ask him and he will answer. [context-aware is experimental]

Note that this uses external AIs (DeepSeek v3 and Gemini 2.0), they may not have full understanding of terraria's vanilla and modded wiki, so inaccurate information is expected.

⚠️ Guide must be alive for this to work (you can disable this feature from config)
