TrainLine- Narrow Gauge Locomotive Pack 4

Hello all,
As this pack is released, this finally marks the full replacement of all of the older models I've made with significantly higher-quality mods. From now on, all old model releases will be taken down to avoid confusion. This also adds many much-needed locomotives, such as the iconic Ruston and a massive Garratt. This is also the first TrainLine release where there were multiple developers, and big thanks to Railraider and Mr.Pheonix for making many of the locomotives in this release.
