Book Pause

This mod will make it so the game pauses whenever you open a book - same as how the game pauses when you open the in-game settings menu.

THIS WILL PAUSE ALL GAME MECHANICS!!!
Machines will not progress, spawners won't create frogspawn, mushrooms won't spawn, time will not progress etc etc

Everything will stop while you have a book open!!!
