描述
Adds the Itelmen of Kamchatka to the game, under the leader Harchin, who almost expelled the Russians.

The Itelmen (Harchin)
UA: Countless Children of Mitti and Kutkh: Food stored after growth is sent to smaller cities on the same river instead, or else it is used to improve nearby tiles with Farms. Every different river you have settled provides +1 Faith and +2 Culture globally.

UU: Kamma Suppressor: Replaces the Crossbowman. Double Movement through Forest and Jungle. Gains Faith from kills. Adjacent Barbarians or enemy gun units on Forest tiles cannot move.

UB: Pehmy: Replaces the Granary. Provides Food on sources of Fish and Salt instead of Bananas. +1 Production in a river city. If built in a city on Tundra or Snow, enables construction of a Kist.

Kist: Requires a Pehmy in a Tundra or Snow city to be built. Provides +2 Food, +1 Culture and stores 20% of Food after Growth.

Hello! Thank you for making these. It's awesome that more niche peoples are still being modded into the game. I was wondering, are you planning on ever adding ynaemp support into our mods? Thanks.

Unfortunately civs can only have one start bias, and a river one seemed more important here.

Could you update it with a tundra starting bias? I find it very difficult to spawn in a tundra on normal settings.

Finally, a civilization for the natives of Kamchatka! Never visited it, but would love to.
