April 11th, 2025 - As promised, the most recent game update has rendered this mod largely obsolete! It's a good thing. Adds a new part enabling modders to set custom tiles for use in the chat window!

Note: this file doesn't add any portraits on its own, though I have included some sample images to test with.

To use, just add the ChatPortrait part to your blueprint, and supply a ChatTile, ChatColorString, and/or a ChatDetailColor, just the same as you would in the Render part. Each of these attributes is optional; any left unspecified will use the object's default Render attribute for that bit.

Example:
<part Name="ChatPortrait" ChatTile="my_cute_tile.png" ChatColorString="&amp;R" ChatDetailColor="O" />

(NB - An upcoming game update will change how this script works (for the better), so expect imminent patches.)
