This mod is up to date & compatible with 1.15.0.2 Update.

-Stewardship now gives 1 domain limit for each 6 stewardship skill points(Like vanilla). Main mod completely removes domain limit from stewardship.
-Administrator trait no longer gives 1 domain limit.
-Legitimacy levels no longer have domain limit bonuses.

Nope, there is no way to add this as a rule because it ties to "defines" file, and contents of defines file cannot be added as a rule. So, many people asked me to do it and i did it, since this is a feature that affects the game so much, I felt the need to release a special mod for those who want to play without this feature.
