Stats Overhaul

Modify the stats from attributes and how primary attribute works.
This mods aims to enable more diverse builds on the game.

Stats Tweaks:
STR: Gives Weapon Power, Armor and Armor Penetration
DEX: Gives Attack Speed, Cast Speed, Evade Chance and Dash Recharge(hidden)
INT: Gives Spell Power, Mana and Mana Regen
FOC: Gives Crit Chance andd Crit Damage for both Spell and Weapon.
VIT: Gives Health, Health Regen and increases Potion Heal(hidden).

Primary Attribute Rework:
Primary attributes now increases your damage multiplier and give more of their stats based on much you invested on them, but no longer gives Spell Power.
