Screen Fade on Kill V2

描述
Screen Fade just like from Grand Theft Auto V!.. Or CS 1.6.. Well it's up to you now, mod is fully customizable, unlike first version. If you're lazy to configure effect for yourself, I've made some presets.


All commands start with cl_kill, but I highly recommend you to use panel in the options tab instead.
