You can be more specific with a request if you like, as otherwise I'm just guessing what you want amonst the myriad of options I can tweak.

It should in theory do (the little) you asked for : damage vs lightly armoured infantry, and be MUCH less effective vs other opponents. Feels weird to me but didn't have a lot to go on.
Gave 1 more ammo and accuracy increase (required vs troops compared to walls).
If you want to provide feedback on that mods page, I could look at creating an independently recruitable varient, but I'd want to get the damage profile where you want first, as the rest is quite a bit more work.
