Paper Scroll Main Menu & Dialogue UI

*This mod is now included with ModestHUD, this is here if you want this portion of the UI without everything else*

I wasn't a huge fan of the default highlight texture for buttons so I changed it from that yellow banner into some scrolls, purely out of personal taste, and also recently added them to the dialogue and inventory menu as well.

Features:
- Scroll style button highlight texture for menus
- Replaced scroll bar knob with a portion of the level up icon
- Desaturated the item highlight texture in the player inventory

*Should be compatible with everything as long as it doesn't replace these specific textures*
