Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\survivor\hit
and pick "rifle_swing_hit_clown.wav" for an example. there's 6 clown honk hit swings in total
wasn't it more like 63 fps? I figure adding number 63 to the mix would make it a bit tolerable to watch.
oh and, to anyone choosing to watch, figure to get bleach ready. it's helpful in washing off stains, or help you remove your eyes. both or either...
if you're not into it, you can probably change it yourself with a vpk.exe. that is in l4d2 authoring tools. if installed, the files in it will move to your bin folder in Left 4 Dead 2 folder.
move this addon's vpk file onto vpk.exe, and it will extract it. then in the files folder, just copy an audio file you figure to like, remove the glass break shove, and replace it by making it the copied file same name, as the previously deleted glass shove sound. like rifle_swing_hit_infected10. if audio lengths match, then there would be no sound glitches. after done, move it onto vpk.exe again, and you get an addon file without any glass break shoving sounds.
