NEW Ultra Greed Charge Fix

**Function:**
Gives a singular charge to all your current active items after clearing the boss fight in the room before the Ultra-Greed Fight!

**Inspiration:**

**Disclaimers:**
This mod should function like normal charges gained from room clears, i.e., all of your held active item and pocket active items each gain 1 charge if they're capable of gaining charge, room-clear charges being prevented for the player holding the Old Capacitor trinket or 4.5 Volt item).

This mod should be *local* co-op and Repentance+ compatible.
