描述
Just a larger Government reform window.
Added Two columns. You can pick 26 total before the available list to choose from is completely hidden.
That's unfortunately hardcoded in the game, so I can't change that box from disappearing, all we can do is make the box bigger. 26 seems big enough.
This mod does not add civics.
This mod does not add civic points.
I don't think devs change this window ever, so it should work forever.
Only changes one file - government_mod_window.gui
Located in Stellaris\interface.

This gives access to 4-5 more civics than UI Overhaul Dynamic's 22 Civic UI limit. I like it.

Just load it after UIOD.

Can you also increase the scroll-ability/size of the councilor selection too?

Added second column, you can add 26 civics before the available civic list on the right becomes invisible. The game is hardcoded to shrink that column by one slot every time you pick a civic, unfortunately.
