PRL '81: General Wojciech Jaruzelski 2.0 replaces Breen

This mod replaces the default Wallace Breen model with that of General Wojciech Jaruzelski[en.m.wikipedia.org] - an (in)famous polish officer, head of state and former leader of the Wojskowa Rada Ocalenia Narodowego (Military Council for National Salvation) from the Polish People's Republic Era, known worldwide primarily for declaring Martial Law on 13th December 1981.

This is an improved model, with the head adapted from male_05. It now should better resemble the actual Jaruzelski.

UPDATE - The Gravity Gun no longer floats when he tries to grab it.
