No Special Building Requirment

描述
Removed most restriction for special buildings so it gives the bonus to anyone who holds them.

This is supposed to be a fixed version of the "No More special building requirements" Mod.

Wanted to give another bugreport, the Minaret of Jam is still locked behind the county owner of Ghur, needing to be of Muslim faith to construct it. The county ID is 4225.

Spelling error fixed
Paddy Fields, and the economic buildings you wrote are in 00_standard_economy_buildings which this mod doesn't touch so it shouldn't have an effect.
Can you describe what is the problem do they appear to you when they shouldn't?
Temples also should be fixed now.

I've tried this mod for a bit, and it doesn't seem to work. I still have religious requirements for holy site buildings. Text says "The Faith Of The Holder Considers This A Holy Site" as an unfulfilled requirement with a blank checkbox.

Hi there, I just retried this mod. You need to fix some more things. Paddy Fields, Qanats, Murex Fisheries, Water Management, and Spice Plantations still need to be culturally or gov't restricted. And also, you still can't build/upgrade holy site temples due to religion requirements. And the name of your mod has a spelling error.
