ISS Talon RE2

This is a variant of Dadrick's excellent Eclipse Lance, which can be brought into the Reforged Eden 2 scenario. The original Eclipse Lance can be found here:

This is really only a starter CV and so I've deliberately limited the carrying capacity so that it can still lift off if all the cargo containers are three quarters full.
