rpm break refers to going past the rpm limit of 30k by putting wheels on the props

stock brick props are not affected by fps and work like thrusters, even in space
this design takes up a large amount of space, but i will maybe work on one that takes up less space at the cost of producing less acceleration

how fast the props can spin depends on how heavy the craft is

to have a smaller hover design the props have to steer less
when they steer less, potential output is reduced
so if you want to make a smaller craft than is currently possible, props have to steer less, and the craft has to be less heavy than it could be with full steer (or accept that you will have less acceleration if you want to keep the weight)
