UZ VL10

VL10 is a freight electric two-car eight-axle mainline diesel locomotive designed for operation on railways with a gauge of 1520 mm and a contact suspension voltage of 3000 V DC. VL10 was produced at the Tbilisi Electric Locomotive Plant (TEVZ) in 1961–1977, as well as at the Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant (NEVZ) in 1969 and 1976. VL10 is still used by Ukrainian Railways for both freight and passenger transportation.
