Better Hydroponics [StationeersLaunchPad]

Adds more readable logic values to hydroponics devices.

Due to limited amount of slot logic variables, there arent many well named varibles, so i had to just use whatever wasnt used already.

Using `ls [r?] [d?] slotIndex logicSlotType
[d?] should be a Automated Hydroponics, Hydroponics Device, or a Hydroponics Station

Temperature: reads the temperature efficency of plant.
Pressure: reads pressure efficency of plant.
PressureAir: reads breathing efficency of plant.
Volume: reads hydration efficency of plant.
Charge: reads light efficency of plant.
On: reads age of plant.
Lock: reads light stress of plant.
Open: reads lit time ratio of plant.
Mode: reads dark time ratio of plant.
