These maps are from "Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat" game ported by Itzjerry to Garry's Mod.
You can now exprience average Iraq war 144p moment with this addon, and its included navmesh, so you can enjoy getting chased by 2d png or some badass drgbase snpc.
