Yutong U11DD (Full Width Rear Destination)

The Yutong U11DD is a double deck, battery-electric bus produced by Yutong in China for the UK market. First announced in 2022 with the first arriving into service in 2023, this 10.9 metre long bus features a total capacity of 84 people. The type was updated slightly in 2024, reworking the interior for better access and headroom, as well as some features to improve the passenger experience.

A number of operators now use these, with First Bus set to be the main user over 2025, though Newport Transport operate a small fleet and various private operators have examples for hire and shuttle duties, and Stagecoach have also included the type in the branding guidelines document for their newest livery.

This mod is a port of a model created for a project on another platform, and thus may have some minor issues related to the texture unwrapping and model in game, and features a higher detail level than my models developed for CBM, which may potentially cause performance issues with large fleets on lower-spec setups.

This mod features a Yutong U11DD in a single door configuration with a full-size destination at the rear, capable of displaying a number and route destination.

The PDN and PSD templates features both full and standard size destination details, as well as layers with additional options. There are also PNG versions of both destination sizes, with the base template and details as separate files. The doors are also paintable on the model itself when using these external templates.
