Always Load Last

Removes all mines from Frontline maps. Originally made for private use,
but I figured I'd make it public for anyone else who dislikes mines.

not sure it works anymore :( there's definitely still mines in frontline mode.

omg thank you! attacking on frontlines was so TEDIOUS. Wasted half the match sweeping for damn mines.
the alternative was to sacrifice vehicles and infantry. ugh.
