This Mod adds some new Covert Ops to make Spying on your clueless Neighbours even more fun!

v.02 Update

--Meet Informants Covert Operation was buffed and is now twice as strong as before and also takes almost twice as long to finish. (This was due the nerf of the Establish Network Covert Op)

--Culture Theft was massively nerfed and shouldn't feel as much as cheating as it was before.

--Should work fine with the latest patch.

v.03 Update

--Culture Theft was buffed and is not 5 timesmore effective but needs also 5 turns longer to accomplish

--Recruit Protesters now needs 5 turns more to accomplish either

-- Added new Covert Operation: Industry Espionage. It steals some production from your enemies depending on the rank of your Agents beeing:

RANK 1: 125 Production
RANK 2: 250 Production
RANK 3: 500 Production


Balancing may be not final but beside that everything should be fine and dandy!
