Accessible talents

描述
Allows all players to use some useful talents from the medic, mechanic and assistant.

The mod is designed for a co-op company with a small number of people who want to receive these bonuses from bots while playing other jobs.

The mod has not been tested in a single player company.

List of affected talents:
Fireman's Carry
Gene Harvester
Gene Splicer
Blackmarket Genes
Genetic Genius
Lab Contacts
Residual Waste
Mass Production
Jenga Master

Fireman's Carry - is debatable, but i play with neurotrauma mod and wana drag bodies fast.
I do not plan to touch talents like "Scrap Savant" and "Scavenger", because they can be triggered from multiple players on same container, and its not fair from balance perspective.

How it works:
At the end of each round, characters with these talents will give a modified version of the talent to players. The modified version only works if there is a character with the original talent in the team. The exception is the talent "Underground Genes", the ability to buy genes will always be there, and the markup on sale will only be there if there is a character with the original talent in the team. To activate some bonuses, you most likely need to wait about 10 seconds from the start of the round.

Safe to add in the middle of the campaign.

To safely remove, you need to finish the round by selecting a mission and sailing away or by docking with the station, but at the station itself you need to exit to the main menu without saving. After exiting, you can safely delete the mod. If you delete the mod without ending the round correctly, players will still have some bonuses from talents related to crafting speed or prices in stores.

It is not compatable with mods, that changes same vanilla talents.
