@Knight Dragon there are several factors that affect quality of your potions. with all herbs dried, you need perks increasing quality of brews or a 100% perfect brew to get what you want. usually, if you have at least one fresh ingredient or something that doesn't need freshness (e.g. charcoal), you should still have a huge margin of error.

What? You say in vanilla dried herbs makes poor quality potions? But it's not!! I was always brewing with them and always got best quality potions. Herb drying was added exactly for this reason dude. If you're bad at counting time while brewing, take a skill that reduces penalty for little mistakes

pair with "Less Weight Herbs" mod doesn't work. However pair with "No Weight Herb No Decay" works!

alchemy level 26, have the skill. dried some herbs and tried the usual procedure (with which i get henry quality with fresh herbs) but i only get "strong" ones. do i have to activate the mod somehow?

my alchemy level is 30, i have 'Secret of Secrets', and 'Secret of Matter 2'.
sadly the mod doesn't work.
but your Less Weight Herbs mod was enough for me.
making potions at night is not a big deal anyway.
