Mod Key Binding UI Refined

Description

This is a demo mod for modders to make their key bindings UX better.

Comparing to vanilla mod options, how does it improve user experience:

Click on option to popup a dialog, then just press the key you want to bind.
No more endless switching between options.
Beside mod options, also support hot-rebind in "Settings > Controls".
No need of restarting game.

I use it for mod characters, send rpc to push events on that character

Thanks for your mod, it’s easy to use and convenient. I used another version before on the Klei forum, but it had some issues.

@冰冰羊那个是优化各种各样的模组设置。这个是针对键位绑定优化，支持在世界内实时更改不用重启游戏，方便调键位。
