one of the first enemies encountered in the game, the Dixmor Orderlies are in charge of the containment and "wellbeing" of the Patients staying there, the orderlies are very rough with the Patients (if not outright abusive), as seen with them fist fighting said patients, one of the orderlies also has a protocol in case they accidentally kill a patient (most likely Daniel) they'll cover up his death saying they either died of food poisoning or slipped on a wet floor and another will claim he killed himself, two don't seem to hide relief in having one less to patient to take care of if they kill Daniel
