Grand Stadium

Requires a Stadium in every City. Bonus: +1 Culture, +5 Happiness, and +5 Tourism.

National Music Awards

Requires a Broadcast Tower in every City. Bonus: All Musician Specialists in the empire generate +3 Gold and +2 Culture. Also provides +4 Gold, +3 Culture, +2 Tourism, and +1 Happiness.

Medical Center

Requires a Hospital in every City. Bonus: +10% Science output in the City. All land units (except armor and siege units) heal +10 HP per turn. Also provides +1 Culture and +3 Science.

Smart Grid

Requires a Power Plant in every City. Bonus: +5 Gold, +5 Research, and +5 Production in every City. Also provides +1 Culture. * Hydro Plant, Solar Plant (buildable anywhere), Nuclear Plant.

National Reserve Bank

Requires a Bank in every City. Bonus: +10% Gold output in the City and +2 Gold to every Bank in the empire. Also provides +1 Culture and +4 Gold.

Environmental Research Center

Requires a Research Lab in every City. Bonus: +1 Science and +1 Food from all land-based organic resources worked by the City. Also provides +1 Culture, +3 Science, and +3 Food.
