trabant mod will be in the works (or i could just reupload his one as i still have it saved hehe, same with wartburg which he has allowed me to mod out to cover more versions - though i think i will go with the better developed 311 mod or just embrace the autism of making ALL the versions)

(Continued) Needless to say, people did not find this amusing and again called him out on being intentionally misleading. Rather than respond rationally, he instead deleted all of his mods, so no one could use anything that was released prior. It really is quite sad, as he was a very talented modder, but he destroyed any good will he had with much of the community. This is why I was requesting a Trabant 500/600 mod from you, since his no longer exists.

(Continued) Once again, he was called out on it, and this time he responded by turning off comments, setting his Steam profile to private, and deleting the links to his website. He quit modding for a while, until he eventually returned in late 2024, releasing what I can only label as “scam” mods. These mods, for example, would could contain an image of the vehicle they were supposed to contain, and the description of the vehicle, but what the mod actually contained was merely a wooden box in game with a photo of the vehicle on it.

Sorry for the late reply. It’s a long story but he deleted all of his mods. It started shortly after he made that one. With the release of his Wartburg 311 mod, he began including only 1 skin, and then began trying to charge money from people to “fund” skin packs which were already made (as evidenced by the in-game screenshots), and then got mad when people called him out on it. He then started making “joke” mods, for example, he released Csepel trucks which the picture showed a nice pristine one, but way hidden in the background was a rusty one which is the only one the mod actually contained, again expecting people to pay for the pristine skins.

huh why would he delete it

I don’t any Trabant 500/600 mods on the workshop. I know that there used to be a Trabant P50 mod made by the user Norch, but he deleted it along with all of his other mods and as such it is no longer available. I can’t find any other ones either on the workshop.

There is a Trabant 500/600 mod on the workshop already :)
I plan on adding more versions of both P70 and IFA F8 in a distant future, and maybe i could also get permission for modifying the existing Trabant 600 mod to include the estate as well (got that permission for Wartburg 311, might develop on that later)
