This only removes the fps cap in cutscenes, nothing else.

My whole game now caps the FPS on 40-41-42... I have no idea what happened... before I used to have 50-70 and now it doesn't even reach 45...

I have no idea how the game works or plays out in Steam Deck, since I have no way to try it out. All I know is that in the vanilla game for PC, cutscenes are capped at 30 fps.
