Fix Edge 3 not critting into Meitou

Have you ever downloaded a mod that lets you craft Edge 3 and then have it crit to craft Meitou, only to try it and it crits into Luxury or Brassteel or whatever?

This is a simple fix for that. ALL it does is make it so Homemade Edge 3 weapons are level 99.
The way critting works (as far as I can tell) is that it looks at the level of the model that you're crafting (Edge 3 is 80 by default) and finds the next highest level Model. In the base game, the next highest is Meitou (level 100). But, if you add ANY mods that add additional weapon models, there will often be "levels" between Edge 3 and Meitou

In my case, Crafting Edge 3 (LVL80) would have crit to MA-Brassteel v1 (Lvl91)
With this mod, however, now crafting Edge 3 (LVL99) will consistently crit to Meitou (LVL100)

This should work for any mod, but beware, this WILL cause Edge 2 to *not* crit to edge 3 if there are models in between things, as Edge 2 I have left at LVL75.

Note: This does not add the ability to craft Edge 3 or Meitou, this is just a fix for mods that do add that.

Another Note for modders: The way Smithing crits determine what model the weapon will become is first based on LVL, and secondly it goes alphabetically if there are multiple models with the same level.
For instance, If you're crafting Edge 3 (LVL80), and you have "Model A" (LVL81) and "Model B" (LVL81), it will always crit from Edge 3 (LVL80) to "Model A" (LVL81).
