Mantis

Much like it's namesake, the Mantis Shrimp, the Mantis packs a punch that can boil it's targets alive.
Equiped with napalm torpedoes, firestarting missiles, a short range incindiary shotgun, and it's main arament, dual flamethrowers, the Mantis circles around it's unfortunate prey before closing in, and proceeding to melt anything that is unlucky enough not to be able to outrun or outgun it. It's steam-powered screws and fins allow it to quickly surface upon it's prey, while a balancing ballast system allows it to hold station while it douses it's victims in liquid fire. If it senses danger, it quickly slips back under the water, biding it's time, and watching through it's periscope as it circles, waiting for another chance to strike.

This was actually a build I made for a Youtube video demonstrating the power of the at the time new fire based weaponry. And I had quite a bit of fun recording and editing it. Here it is:
