"Redips, you're insane!" ~ Mega Man X

X from Mega Man X / Rock Man X Command Mission replaces Coach. Uses Bill's animations. I've always wanted to go back and redo my first mod, so here it is! This features anime-like outlines and all the other bells and whistles. Unfortunately it has the same issue with the other Command Mission X I updated recently, where the incap anim does not play on Dedicated servers. Thinking maybe Black Zero next?
