Enhanced Mutt - Tanky

A tank version of my Enhanced Mutt mod.
This version does not affect Mutt's attack. Only his defense stats, health, and health regen are affected.

As stated in Enhanced Mutt; despite Mutt's incredible defenses; Henry attacking Mutt is handled differently in the game. Henry attacking Mutt will still cause Mutt to flee in ~1-3 hits. None of the perks/buffs I can find in the files seem to affect this. I can only conclude that they are hidden and/or hard-coded values.
